Jai ahoi mata, jai ahoi mata ।
Tumko nisdin dhyavat, har vishnu vidhata ॥

Victory to you, Ahoi Mata; Shiva, Vishnu and Brahma meditate on you day and night.

Brahmani rudrani kamla, tu hi hai jagmata ।
Surya chandrama dhyavat, narad rishi gata ॥

You are Brahmani, Rudrani and Lakshmi, you are the mother of the world; the sun and moon meditate on you and Narad sings your virtues.

Mata rup niranjan, sukh sanpatti data ।
Jo koi tumko dhyavat, nit mangal pata ॥

Mother, your form is pure and you give happiness and wealth; whoever meditates on you finds blessings every day.

Tu hi patal basanti, tu hi hai shubhdata ।
Karm prabhav prakashak, jagnidhi se trata ॥

You dwell even in the netherworld, give what is auspicious, reveal the fruit of deeds and save from the ocean of the world.

Jis ghar tharo vasa, vahi men gun ata ।
Kar na sake soi kar le, man nahin ghabrata ॥

In the home where you dwell, virtues come; even the impossible becomes possible, and the mind does not panic.

Tum bin sukh na hove, na koi putra pata ।
Khan pan ka vaibhav, tum bin nahin ata ॥

Without you there is no happiness, no joy of children, and no plenty of food and drink.

Shubh gun sundar yukta, kshir nidhi jata ।
Ratan chaturdash toku, koi nahin pata ॥

You are full of beautiful auspicious qualities and appeared from the Kshir Sagar; without you no one obtains the fourteen jewels.
