Natashubhashunashakan namami tan vinayakam ॥
He who joyfully holds a modak in his hand, who always grants liberation, who wears the moon as a crown, who protects the people of the world, the one lord of those without a lord, destroyer of Gajasura, who at once removes the misfortune of those who bow — I bow to that Vinayak.
Natetaratibhikaran navoditarkabhaswaran
Namatsurarinirjaran natadhikapaduddhram ।
Sureshvaran nidhishvaran gajeshvaran ganeshvaran
Maheshvaran tamashraye paratparan nirantaram ॥
He who is fearsome to the arrogant who do not bow, who shines like the rising sun, to whom both gods and asuras bow, who rescues those who seek refuge from great calamities — I always take refuge in that lord of gods, lord of treasures, Gajeshwar, Ganeshwar, the supreme Maheshwar.
Samastalokashankaran nirastadaityakunjaran
Daretarodaran varan varebhavaktramaksharam ।
Kripakaran kshamakaran mudakaran yashaskaran
Manaskaran namaskritan namaskaromi bhaswaram ॥
I bow to the radiant Ganesh — who does good to all the worlds, destroyer of the demon-elephant, big-bellied, the best, with a beautiful elephant face, imperishable, giver of grace, forgiveness, joy and fame, who fulfils the wishes of those who bow to him.
Akinchanartimarjanan chirantanoktibhajanan
Puraripurvanandanan surarigarvacharvanam ।
Prapanchanashabhishanan dhananjayadibhushanan
Kapoladanavaranan bhaje puranavaranam ॥
I worship that ancient lord of elephants — who wipes away the sorrow of the poor, the vessel of the ancient Vedic words, Shiva's elder son, who chews up the pride of the gods' enemies, fearsome at the world's dissolution, who wears serpents as ornaments, with flowing mada.
Nitantakantadantakantimantakantakatmajan
Achintyarupamantahinamantarayakrintanam ।
Hridantare nirantaran vasantamev yoginan
Tamekadantamev tan vichintayami santatam ॥
I ever meditate on that Ekadant — with the lovely gleam of a tusk, son of Shiva who ends even Yamraj, of inconceivable form, endless, who cuts away obstacles, who always dwells in the hearts of yogis.
Mahaganeshapancharatnamadren yo'nvahan
Prajalpati prabhatke hridi smaranganeshvaram ।
