Kesav, kahi na jai ka kahiye ।
Dekhat tav rachna bichitra hari, samujhi manhin man rahiye ॥
Sunya bhiti par chitra, rang nahin, tanu binu likha chitere ।
Dhoye mitai na marai bhiti, dukh paiy ehi tanu here ॥
Rabikar-nir basai ati darun, makar rup tehi mahin ।
Badan-hin so grasai charachar, pan karan je jahin ॥
Kou kah satya, jhuth kah kou, jugal prabal kou manai ।
Tulasidas parihrai tin bhram, so apan pahichanai ॥
