Darshan arrangements
- Darshan is free. Besides the queue for close darshan, there is also a short ‘mukh darshan’ queue for darshan from a distance, which moves quickly.
- Abhishek, puja and donations are booked on the temple trust's website siddhivinayak.org.
- Tuesdays, Sankashti Chaturthi and especially Angarki Chaturthi (when Sankashti falls on a Tuesday) bring very long queues.
- Beware of fake websites: many look-alike websites and WhatsApp numbers sell ‘VIP darshan’ or tickets in this temple's name. Book only through the official website or app given below, and never pay an agent in advance.
How to reach
- Rail: about 2–3 km from Dadar station (Western and Central Railway); 10 minutes by taxi or bus.
- Air: Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport, about 12 km.
When is it less crowded
Except on Tuesdays and Chaturthi, afternoons on any day are the easiest. Wednesday is often much quieter than Tuesday.
