Holding a noose of the three gunas, she goes about speaking sweetly — with Vishnu she sits as Lakshmi, with Shiva as Bhavani, with the priest as an idol, at the pilgrimage as water, in the king's house as the queen; with one as a diamond and with another as a worthless cowrie.

Tirgun phans lie kar dolai, bolai madhuri bani ॥
Kesav ke kamla hvai baithi, siv ke bhavan bhavani ।
Panda ke murat hvai baithi, tirath hu men pani ॥
Jogi ke jogin hvai baithi, raja ke ghar rani ।
Kahu ke hira hvai baithi, kahu ke kauri kani ॥
Bhagtan ke bhagtin hvai baithi, brahma ke brahmani ।
Kahai kabir suno bhai sadho, yah sab akath kahani ॥
