Satyanarayan Bhagwan Ki Aarti — Om Jai Lakshmi Ramna, lyrics and meaning
'Om Jai Lakshmi Ramna' is the aarti of Lord Satyanarayan, sung on Purnima, at griha pravesh and at the end of every Satyanarayan katha. It mentions all the characters of the katha — the Brahmin, the woodcutter, the king and the merchant.

Om jai lakshmi ramna, swami jai lakshmi ramna ।
Satyanarayan swami, jan patak harna ॥
Victory to you, Lord of Lakshmi; O Satyanarayan Swami, you remove the sins of devotees.
Ratna jarit sinhasan, adbhut chhavi rajai ।
Narad karat nirajan, ghanta dhvani bajai ॥
Your wondrous image is on a jewelled throne; Narad does the aarti and bells ring.
Prakat bhaye kali karan, dwij ko darsh diyo ।
Burha brahman bankar, kanchan mahal kiyo ॥
You appeared for Kaliyug, gave darshan to a poor Brahmin and, taking the form of an old Brahmin, turned his house into a golden palace.
Durbal bhil katharo, jin par kripa kari ।
Chandrachur ek raja, tinki vipatti hari ॥
You were gracious to the poor Bhil woodcutter and removed the troubles of King Chandrachud.
Vaishya manorath payo, shraddha taj dinhi ।
So phal bhogyo prabhuji, phir stuti kinhin ॥
When the merchant got his wish he gave up faith and suffered the result; then he sang your praises.
Bhav bhakti ke karan, chhin chhin rup dharyo ।
Shraddha dharan kinhin, tinko kaj saryo ॥
For the sake of feeling and devotion you change form moment by moment; whoever kept faith had their work fulfilled.
Gval bal sang raja, van men bhakti kari ।
Manavanchhit phal dinhon, dinadyal hari ॥
When the king worshipped in the forest with the cowherd boys, Hari, kind to the humble, gave him the fruit he desired.
Charhat prasad savayo, kadli phal, meva ।
Dhup dip tulsi se, raji satyadeva ॥
Sawaya prasad, bananas and dry fruits are offered; Satyadev is pleased with dhoop, deep and tulsi.
Shri satyanarayan ji ki arti, jo koi nar gavai ।
Riddhi siddhi sukh sanpatti, sahaj rup pave ॥
Whoever sings this aarti of Satyanarayan ji easily gains riddhi-siddhi, happiness and wealth.
The paath of Satyanarayan Bhagwan Ki Aarti is complete.
